Dear Members:
It is hard to believe that we are in the last month of the KCWC operational
year. We have had a busy and very successful year. I am confident that 2010
- 2011 will be even more successful as we continue to grow and increase our
presence in our community.
I hope everyone enjoyed our anniversary celebration - many thanks to Debbie
Barron and her committee for giving our meeting "that extra special touch".
It is my hope that our attendance at the April meeting will be high since we
will be voting on our 2010 - 2011 officers. Thank you to the Nominating
Committee and to those members that have agreed to be nominated and presented
to the general membership for a formal vote.
Our April program will be the Christian Women Job Corps' Spring Class. It
is always an honor to host this very special group of women and to become more
familiar with the CWJC program.
Thank you to those members that will be participating in the
"Charity-To-Charity/Volunteers-To-Go" committee. To date, we have 33 members
on this subcommittee of the Goodwill Committee.
As always, your support and participation are greatly appreciated. It has
been an honor to serve as KCWC President for 2010-2011.
Looking forward to seeing you at the April meeting,
Dolores
